Yoga Classes in Melton

Unwind at the end of the week with Friday evening Hatha yoga at Burness Parish Room.

My Melton class meets on Friday evenings at 6pm at Burness Parish Room on The Street, on the edge of Woodbridge.

It is a gentle way to close the week: a slow paced Hatha practice with postures, breathing exercises and a calming relaxation before the weekend begins.

All abilities are welcome, including complete beginners. Bring your own mat if you have one, though mats and accessories are available if you need them. Please arrive about five minutes early to set up and complete registration. There is also a Tuesday afternoon class in Woodbridge itself.

Yoga on a Friday evening with Michelle is a good way to stretch and relax at the end of a busy week. The class is a lovely mix of exercise, relaxation and meditation and Michelle is a great teacher. We can ask for help and discuss postures as we go which helps to understand what works for each person. There is no pressure and we are able to feel comfortable to do the postures as far as they feel right for us.
